Specialist Vocational Qualification in Property Management (1.1.2018)
Holders of the specialist vocational qualification in property management are capable of assuming the overall responsibility for the operation and development of properties in collaboration with customers and stakeholders and abiding by an agreed-upon strategy. They know how to manage the administration, finances, and technical life cycle of a demanding site in a goal-oriented manner. They know how to prepare a service plan for a site, manage a service network, communicate interactively, and produce positive customer experiences and added value for the stakeholders.
Depending on the optional units selected, qualification holders have particularly strong competence in developing property management, management of renovation and repair projects, or business management.

The specialist vocational qualification in property management (180 competence points) is composed of two compulsory units, which are Producing customer experience and service network management (60 competence points) and Goal-oriented property management (60 competence points). The candidates also select one optional qualification unit (60 competence points). They can select either Producing a property management development plan, Working as a property manager in a demanding repair project, or one of the compulsory units of the specialist qualification in business management.
